Shane has over 30 years of preconstruction, construction, design-build and contract administration experience on government agency, educational, healthcare, housing, retail and commercial projects.

Shane has managed many diverse projects including Honda Parts Distribution Warehouse Expansion, Public Safety and CVS Pharmacy ground up projects. He has also managed multiple CREC Schools, DaVita and FMC Dialysis, Stop & Shop Supermarket, Affordable and Low Income Housing fit-out and renovation projects.

Shane’s past experience includes overall construction process oversight, field operations oversight, constructibility review, design-build, project management oversight, QC-QA oversight and value management.
